REFUNDS
- ITEMS SUCH AS GREETINGS CARDS, CALENDARS, NOTE BOOKS AND OTHER STANDARDISED PRODUCTS - Refunds will be processed when the request to return is made within 7 days of receipt of delivery. Unfortunately, refunds will not be issued on items where the request to return is made after 7 days of receipt of delivery.
BESPOKE AND MADE TO ORDER ITEMS, INCLUDING ALL LIMITED EDITION PRINTS AND HAND PAINTED PRINTS - After ordering has taken place, we will contact you to ask for your exact specifications as to size of border and any bespoke feature of this order, and dicuss this with you. Once we have agreed in all areas and the order is finalised, this sale will become finalised, and therefore not eligeable for a refund.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM Please email maggie@yellowminnow.com or contact us directly through the website to request a return, quoting your original order number and your reason for the return.The return address will be emailed to you. Please then pack and return your item in its original unused condition together with the packaging in an undamaged state to the address provided.
EXCHANGES Unfortunately it is only possible to exchange items that are not considered to be bespoke and 'made to order'.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed after permission has been given to return the item, and within 7 days after the return has been received, and is in good condition. Unfortunately, refunds will not be issued on items where the request to return is made after 7 days of receipt of delivery.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CAN NOT GIVE A REFUND ON ITEMS THAT ARE CONSIDERED TO BE BESPOKE AND MADE TO ORDER - ( LIMITED EDITION AND HAND PAINTED PRINTS)
Upon receiving your returned item safely we will process your refund, excluding the original delivery cost (and any relevant import duties applied to returns from overseas).
